Even though my birth month is so far away (it’s on the second quarter of the year, lol), I am already planning and saving for my birthday gift. Excited much? 
Well, I am so torn between a netbook and a new phone. orz Anyway, I am thinking of just saving all the moolah first and then just decide when it’s already near. 
I’m on vacation leave today. Thus, I named this day as my “Bum Day Friday”. I was thinking of going to the mall but payday is still days away and I need to control my spending. -_- So I spent my day watching Glee Season 1. Heehee. We will be having our project meeting on the 16th. Our theme will be Chinese New Year and our team will be the organizers. I will be going to China Town tomorrow with my colleague to buy some decorations for the event. I hope we can still find decors even if the Chinese New Year celebration is already finish.
And oh, last Wednesday, it was my first time to see a fortune cookie. I was really excited to pick my cookie and read the fortune inside. I wasn’t able to take a picture of my fortune, but I’m keeping it! Boo you, crappy camera phone~ By the way, here’s my fortune, according to the cookie: “Your personal finances will be greatly improved.” 
Then my teammates read it and teased me about it. They said that maybe I will be getting my promotion this year. Well, I do hope so. A career promotion sounds really nice! 
But I still have a long way to go in this industry. *u*

I like fortune cookies more for the cookie than for the fortune inside, hehe. Good luck with the project, and getting that promotion! Chinese New Year theme calls for a lot of red!

I need to control my spending too. I lost my phone yesterday so now I’m just like, “Ugh. Can’t spend money on anything”. But when it’s your birthday you totally have the right to splurge. ;D
Best of luck with that project meeting. I hope it’s gonna be good! Hopefully you can find all the decorations you need and want. It might be a good idea to get them early while CNY is still on, even if the meeting isn’t for another week or so.
Wow, I’ve had fortune cookies many times, I never really believed the fortunes.
I should pick up one… and hope my personal finances will improve too. xP
